Less directly inspired by the book I'm reading, and yet still of a similar creepy feeling, this one was done striaght off the back of the "The Hanging Tree" [link] as I still had the desire to paint after that one was done. It started as an eye and went from there... I guess he's some creepy zombie ghost rat... I think he'd make a great play-mate for "The Lingering" [link]
